Fantastic experience: 6/5 stars! I had around 15 lessons with William and was able to pass with his help. William was a knowledgeable, friendly, and patient driving instructor who helped me feel confident behind the wheel. Whenever I made a mistake, William downplayed it and gave me plenty more opportunities to do better. Also, his lessons are similar to how a real test would play out so it made the test a lot easier. Fantastic experience: William is a great individual with super cool attitude. During the first lesson, he assessed my driving skills and suggested the appropriate number of lessons which i felt genuinely correct. The learning journey with him is as good as going for a casual ride with a close friend. Greatly recommend him.

Negative experience: William failed to mention his cancellation policy and was adamant on charging me the full price for the missed lesson. I obviously didn't pay for this, but he should've told me about this before taking me on as a student. Every business should operate with transparency which is what William failed to uphold. Despite this, he is a great driving instructor and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to William who made me feel so comfortable at the driving seat. Can't believe I passed the test in first attempt. He explained the why for all the rules in detail which actually made me a much better driver than what I was before joining him. He is so patient and calm. Fantastic experience: Since day 1 William has always been there beside me , encouraging and motivating me throughout every stage. We went to highs and lows, but we got there. Fantastic experience: Mr. William is unbeatable in his punctuality and professionalism. He is clever in understanding your short fall to get an Australian Licence and trains/guides you to become a safe and matured driver; which eventually helps you get the licence. He is very polite in his approach and takes time to explain the driving conditions and prepares you for safe driving. I passed the online and drive test in my 1st attempt and the credit goes to him without any doubt. I am sure it’s another feather in his cap.
