Fantastic experience: All very good! Was upgrading my license from auto to manual and needed one lesson to make sure everything was good. Lewis showed me the little tips and tricks to know and took me to the places that they test you, and they ended up taking me through the exact route of my pda. Made it so much easier and I passed first go! Thanks heaps :)

Fantastic experience: Been doing Manual driving lessons with Lewis Kolb and I honestly really wanted to write this review after doing a few lessons with him but here I am writing after lesson 3. This man is so supportive, patient and helpful with me whilst explaining every detail on how I can get things right so perfectly well that just works everytime. He creates such a welcoming and supportive aura that I'd recomend anyone and everyone to have him as a Instructor. He makes me feel more enthusiastic about getting this license and has more importantly made me more confident in the skills he has taught me to achieve it.

Fantastic experience: Need a manual instructor, these are your guys!! My daughter had a traumatic start to driving with her 1st instructor. After speaking with "drive" my confidence was restored that these guys knew their stuff, that they would guide and teach my daughter and give her what she needed to get behind the wheel again! Lewis was our man, his calm, cool and knowledgeable approach put my daughter at ease and she progressed very quickly and the confidence kicked in. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Just got my licence back. I was very Happy with my driving instructor Ricky. he was Amazing. I was nervous and anxious while he was friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I fully recommend this driving school especially Ricky, you won't regret it. While first contact with the company put me off, Ricky's experience and personality made up for it. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Lewis has been amazing and taught me things/rules that I'm not familiar about. I needed to convert my overseas driver licence (Malaysia). I've been taking lessons with Lewis for a couple of weeks and I passed my test today at City West!

Negative experience: I took 2 lessons with Ricky in west Perth last November, he was very patient , calm and helpfulI. Clear in his advises and super professional. However, in my third lesson and PDA i had to change the instructor since Ricky got a surgery where unfortunately i ended up in the car of Lewis Kolb, which was an awful experiencie, the guy just asked me for my money to be deposited before hand 3 times, he wasn't commint at all, lacking professionalism. In once instance, i couldn't park backwards properly where his feedback was " finger cross they dont ask you to do that, we don't have much time you just paid for 1 hour lesson", my mistake was to accepted this and keep going with my test which was a total failure, too optimistic and confident i would say . For the next ones , who might struggle setting limits in their lifes this post might be useful. My goal was just to transfer my driver's licences from overseas. Btw, the company called a few times about the situation, to assure me this wont happen again ( hopefully), is really sad that somehow there is a big business behind.

Fantastic experience: I had Lewis Kolb as my instructor recently when i went for a license upgrade from Automatic to Manual. Lewis is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding all driving test requirements and even offered specific tips and tricks relating specifically to individual examiners to prepare you for any situation! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had Lewis as my driving instructor. Received really good instructions and tips about what to watch out for on the road as well as for the driving exam. Passed on the first go, with a bit of luck, but mostly because of the instructor being clear and honest about what I did wrong before the test.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test on my first try. I had the pleasure of being taught by Steve Kolb from DRIVE and I couldn't rate him high enough. He is an incredibly effective and skilled driving instructor. He worked diligently to make sure that I not only passed my test, but also that I was a safe driver. He was very patient and took the time to answer my questions in a simple and understandable way. He helped me to gain the skill and confidence I needed. Steve is the best driving Instructor you will find. I highly recommend DRIVE.

Fantastic experience: It’s been seven days since our daughter passed her practical driving test at West Perth, and she is still as elated as she was on the day of the test! We cannot recommend Steve Kolb and his approach to driving instruction highly enough. He is genuinely invested in the learning of his students and his gentle, calm and patient approach supports them to be safe, defensive drivers with confidence in their skills, abilities and judgements. Our daughter passed her PDA on her first attempt, and this was due in large to Steve’s comprehensive and supportive driving instruction. Sincere thanks, Steve. We feel safe as passengers, and are confident knowing that she is a well prepared driver on the road.

Fantastic experience: I would confidently recommend 'Drive' to anyone who wishes to improve their defensive driving skills, or, wanting to pass their driving assessment. It is not always about whether or not you can drive a car, but to understand both, what the DoT are looking for in your assessment, and the things you should look out for (on the road) to protect yourself and others. Great driving school.

Fantastic experience: Drive Perth is an excellent driving school! Both my boys completed lessons with Steve and each passed their PDA the first time. Their syllabus and sequence of lessons are thorough. Steve has excellent communication skills, is patient and included some defensive skills to make them more alert when driving. Fantastic experience: I'm over the moon, after passing my driving test with my Uncle Steve. I struggle really badly when taking tests and have failed 3 times, and was considering giving up. Steve told me he was coming over to the UK and was going to teach me and his nephew. He assured me that I would definitely pass and the reason I was suffering from nerves was because I was probably not prepared. He taught me in a very logical way and found faults in my driving that I was totally unaware off. By the time the test arrived I was driving totally independently without making any mistakes, this filled me with confidence and I passed with only 2 mistakes. I could not be happier and it has changed my life i will be able to achieve so much more .. Thankyou as always steve x

They understand the learners needs and they really know how to teach (I say it after receiving instructions from 2 others schools)! I had struggled to learn with other driving schools before as they bombarded me with too much info and it felt stressful, however driving with Steve was stress free, very informative and enabled me to drive with great confidence.
