Negative experience: Very unprofessional behaviour by the main instructor. Took few lessons from him, he was on the call with someone all the time. I hope I could give them lower than one star. Fake company.

Positive experience: Jay Gill (FATEH SINGH)is a very bad person. He stole my money and abused me. And I can give you proof of his bad behaviour. If any brother lies, he stole my $1500. And he is the worst person of my life.

Negative experience: Jai Gill is a big thief. He kept a thousand dollars from me but did not get any test done nor did he do anything. When I asked for my money back, he pushed me out of the workshop.

Fantastic experience: Best in town, I would like to thank Jay. Under his mentorship I got my HR license in first attempt. I came to him after failing twice in Manual Car licence. But with his experience and calm behaviour he helped me to secure my car license and now HR licence. If you guys are willing to obtain CAR/MR/HR LICENSE just go straight up to Jay. He is the right guy, cheers.

We tried a lot of different driving schools but our son learnt more in one lesson with Jay then all the other lessons put together. Jay was very easy to contact and super helpful with any questions. Negative experience: I booked a one-hour lesson with BDTC on Brisbane Northside last week, which was arranged with Jay for a Thursday appointment. I agreed. Come my 12pm Thursday timeslot, nobody arrived for my lesson. At 12:10, I received a text to let me know that "we got stuck on south side" and asking for me to confirm I was available two hours later than intended. I initially agreed without thinking, and then immediately corrected my message as I'd structured my day around the 12pm lesson I was told I was having. I appreciate that it's difficult to keep on top of communicating with clients, but not keeping me appraised that my instructor was on the wrong side of Brisbane seems a bit much. Especially considering I wasn't offered an apology or any other consideration for my lost time. If this is how you treat a new student, I'm not interested.

Fantastic experience: I had failed my driving test twice when I contacted Jay paaji. First thing I liked about him was he right away without question found time to assess my driving and accordingly provided his suggestions. Throughout the lessons instead of giving me a cheat sheet to passing the test, he realigned my driving philosophy according to the Australian ways. Throughout it all he corrected my misconceptions and cured my anxiety on the test day. He is an excellent teacher and goes above and beyond to help you becoming a better driver on the Australian roads and ofcourse ace the test with the right tools under your belt. The way in which he creases out your errors in driving are well appreciated. He is quick in adjusting to a person's way of learning and would give feedback accordingly. This makes the whole process so smooth and you feel very confident while on the road. And the best part is, he would engage you in conversations relating to common things in life while driving which then brings out the natural driver in you. This helps in spotting errors which you can make while being complacent. All in all I would say J is fantastic, very helpful guy and being multi-lingual add to his profile.I would highly recommend BDTC to people who want to learn driving or are looking to transfer their overseas licence.
