Negative experience: Would not recommend for vehicle training unless you are desperate. Extremely unorganised. Will notify you between 5 and 6 am via message that you are required to train that day then if your lucky you are notified 8 minutes before lesson starting time someone else has your spot do not come, inconvenient. Test is booked before any lessons then everything is rushed with limited time. Nothing was booked in advance or organised. But your taught what is required to past the test and expected to do so after 2-3 hours worth of lessons. Great if you are well known to HR vehicles. If you are not well known and work or have other commitments and can not be available on the spot then definitely do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great place for getting a car, motorcycle or truck licence

Negative experience: Can't say how bad customer service is but takes weeks to months to get thur to anyone regarding getting licencing done, And when you do they try over charging you more than everyone else doing the same licence maybe if the customer service was there you would pay the extra 100 but with no customer service no way

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a huge thank you to Charley my instructor and CQ Driver Training! I had booked a 3 hour lesson today for my HR/B licence which was followed by my practical driving test. I had not practiced in a HR for almost 12 years so I was extremely nervous. Charley was very knowledgeable and patient with me at the start and by the end of my lesson I had gained a big amount of confidence. I passed my practical exam with no errors and now hold my new HR licence. I will definitely be recommending CQ Driver Training and especially Charley for anyone looking to get there HR licence! Fantastic experience: I just spent 2 days doing the Q-Ride Pre-learners motorcycle course with our instructor Sean and 2 other awesome leaner riders! I had absolutely no bike riding experience coming into the course but I have to say that I am pretty impressed that after 2 days Sean had me doing laps, riding slow, emergency breaking, turning, stopping and starting, reverse parking and finishing the course with my motorcycle learners in my hand. Now I just have to wait for my bike to arrive to put all my skills and knowledge into practice. Thank you Sean and CQ Driver Training!

Fantastic experience: Reliable team who you can trust and with high level of knowledge, respectful, and learn new techniques about your skills that you never had experience or heard of, I do recommend CQ driver training team to all learners, they do everything they can for you to learn properly that you be able to hit the road with confidence, so happy, thanks guys.

Negative experience: I had 1 driving lesson with them and instead of helping me with the things I was struggling with we just drove around and didn't practice any manoeuvres. Then when they booked my test THEY sent me the wrong date and I could not attend then they ignored all of my texts/calls to rebook. Personally would not recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: My daughter has been waiting since February for an agreed refund. They keep saying they will pay and never do. They ignore her messages even though they continually post on Facebook. No option now but legal action. Do not go anywhere near these people.

Fantastic experience: i recently completed RE Licence training it was well worth the 2 hour trip to get to the training. The teacher was amazing very patient with every one and was willing to talk to anyone that wanted to talk. They tell you what they want out of you and if you are struggling will help you with what your struggling with. thay will not leave anyone behind. if i had to do the training again i would go back to CQ Driver Training. The training was worth every cent

The training is clear and easy to understand. Cec genuinely cares. He teaches you multiple ways on how you can ride safely on the road and to be way more alert to what’s going on around you when riding. They even provide lunch for you! Would absolutely recommend CQ Driver Training to anyone looking to get their motorbike license

From reception to trainers and assessors, never have i had any complaint or difficulty sorting anything out, i have ridden from cairns to rocky for 1 week and got put in somewhere as the only rider for the course so i could get it done asap before i leave, love this company and its staffing... 100% recommend for anyone wanting good experience and knowledge... thanks everyone

They put you in a course that commences over two days, supplying bikes, jackets, helmets all included in the cost. Positive experience: Bought my grand daughter a voucher for Christmas to use for car lessons. The instructor was very welcoming to her and made my grand daughter feel less nervous. Only issue we had was having to wait a little while to be able to book in as they are booked out for lessons.

Negative experience: Upon attempting to contact the office, I was actually hung up on by an employee who works there. I called back, assuming it was a mistake, and was told "No, I hung up on you," to have the event reoccur. Wouldn't book with this driving school if there are any other possible options in the area. Not worth the horrendous customer service, if you even can call it that. Absolutely appalling. - - - - - Hi there, the event took place today, 17/2/2015 at approximately 2:30pm. The employee's name was Sam. I identified myself on both occasions and was hung up on both times.

Positive experience: Difficult to book. Instructors are great though.
