Negative experience: Priom was a great instructor in the beginning...very patient, encouraging and friendly! But after a few lessons he seemed a bit lazy, going on his phone at times during the lesson and when he came late to one of my lessons, he did not call to inform me until I contacted him. He also did not make up for that lost time at the end of the lesson even though I paid him for the whole hour. He had also became more impatient and would make me feel bad at times for making mistakes. On two occasions he even confused me with other students of his, asking me to show him things I had not yet learnt/achieved (eg: traffic lights). You would think as an instructor he would keep notes or a record of some kind to keep track of what he has taught his students and their abilities. When I texted him to tell him how I found some of these things to be unprofessional, all he replied with was a thumbs up. He clearly does not care about his students which makes me really upset as I spent a great deal of money on these lessons.
