Negative experience: Manni was a great instructor. However it wasn’t worth the money paid, considering I had to find another instructor to get my license, ended up paying twice when I didn’t need to as Manni was supposed to give me my license since I paid for a full package worth $6,000. (Spent almost a year driving with him, had to message him a few times to book more lessons — nights as this wasn’t an option in the website) with NO RESPONSE which then led me to just find someone else where I got my license in 2 weeks!!

Fantastic experience: Manni is a great instructor!! I've had 2 other instructors in the past from different driving schools which I kept putting off as I wasn't really enjoying learning to drive. But with Manni, I felt safe driving with and I felt like I was unlocking or refining new skills each lesson. I know I can be a bit hard to teach but if I wasn't understanding how something was done one way, he would try to use different methods of teaching until I understood it, which was really great. He's also uplifting when I did something correctly and also been very uplifting with conversations I had with him from time to time about my career and other things. I definitely feel a lot more confident driving than where I was at when I started thanks to Manni. Highly recommend Safe Wheelz.

Fantastic experience: As an international student studying alone overseas with NO driving experience, I got my P plate successfully. I did NOT have many friends or family to practice with as most of my friends did not have a full two-year licence. Therefore, I needed to practise more with my driving instructor, Manni! Manni is a very attentive, responsible and strict instructor. He not only taught me how to drive, but also how to drive SAFELY. For example, after knowing that I had no driving experience, he gave me detailed information on what to look out for on the street in my first lesson. This made me feel more confident and get into the habit of taking these precautions when driving. I am very grateful to Manni for being my driving instructor and I believe I have learnt USEFUL techniques from Manni's lessons.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Anwar through Safe Wheelz. Anwar was professional and friendly and was able to focus on building my confidence and understanding of the road rules. Anwar’s teaching style was constructive and hands-on, and accentuated through demonstrations (whiteboard, model cars, iPad videos, replica steering wheel… he had it all) that effectively communicated challenging topics like manoeuvres and rules. He was quick to push me out of my comfort zone by focusing on my weakest areas and was fast to correct mistakes in my driving that could lead to an unsafe scenario. Safe Wheelz was flexible and willing to work with me in regards to scheduling and drop-off/pick-up locations, which made the whole process far less stressful, especially in regards to COVID. Can’t recommend the driving school enough. I had 7 lessons with Safe Wheelz, and passed my driving test with a perfect score. If Anwar can teach me how to reverse parallel park, then he can teach anyone.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Manni and other driving instructors at Safe Wheelz Driving School are not just good but some of the best in ACT. When I started my lesson, I had zero driving experience, never driven even half a metre before. But Manni started everything from the basics with extreme patience, communicating my mistakes or things to improve in the most amicable manner. He taught me everything step by step, providing training videos or drawings where necessary. On some days, other instructors provided the lessons and I can say it with 100% conviction that they taught me in similar as Manni did, which says a lot about the level of professional training he has given to his team. He never compromises on road and safety rules no matter how many hours you have already driven or how good you did previously, something I believe is important to be a good instructor which leads on to a good learning driver. I have been on my P’s for quite some months, and I believe I haven’t committed any mistake till now, and all this credit goes to his awesome teaching ways and techniques.

Positive experience: I had 5 lessons with Anwar in preparation for the one-off government test, and it was super helpful in getting me prepared and confident for the test, which I passed first go! I'd already gotten over 100 hours but needed help in learning how to park properly and merge, etc. Anwar was really helpful in explaining and showing different things to me, especially reverse parallel parking, and other things my friends/family hadn't focused on. He was very calm and professional to drive with. He made sure I knew what I needed to work on, and explained using several methods when I didn't understand certain things. The driving test preparation lessons were particularly helpful. Also, there was quick communication via email when I was confused about how to book a lesson/car, and when I needed to reverse a payment. Really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend this place over a different driving school I tried previously.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by Safe Wheelz Driving School. I took five lessons with Mani at the end of 2020 as I attempted to complete my log book assessment. I had five previous lessons with another instructor from another driving company. The difference between the two was night and day. Mani is a clear communicator who knows his stuff. He knows what is important about safe driving and he doesn't get bogged down in needless driving instruction. He is the guy who teaches many of the other instructors from the other companies. I learnt things that I should have already learnt from my first five lessons Now that I have got my Ps, I won't be in need of Mani's services again, but I will definitely be recommending him in the future.

Negative experience: Had an appointment on Sunday at 8.30 for my for his first keys2drive lesson. after confirming the time by email and txt. didn't show up. when called to check said the appointment is at 9.30. when asked about the confirmations said must have been an mistake. never apologies. had to cancel the appointment. wasted our time. very unprofessional.

Negative experience: We booked the free key2drive lesson 8.30 on a Sunday. received confirmation times from email and text. didn't show up on time. when called said the lesson is at 9.30. and said there must have some mistake. how can it be a mistake when send conformation by text on the day before. very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I share my experience because I feel I got scammed with them especially when I changed my trainer and compared them with each other. The instructor just tried not to finish lessons in the package I bought. If you want to get your driving licence with them, you should choose the instructor more carefully and be aware of training process.
