Fantastic experience: Get Geared Up is a great driving school. Laura was great at communicating to organise lessons, and Calvin was incredibly knowledgeable on all things to do with passing in a manual. With Get Geared Up I was able to pass first time, so I recommend them to anyone looking for help.

Fantastic experience: Laura was a pleasure to deal with. We were on holiday at Noosaville over Christmas and our son had not passed his test in Brisbane. Tewantin had availability while we were on holidays, Brisbane testing centres had a 2 month wait. We took the gamble and booked a test at Tewantin and then a couple of lessons around Tewantin between Xmas and new year to get Harry familiar with the area and learn any tricky spots. Laura's explanation and tutorial of the shared zone in Tewantin was invaluable. Also other areas like random 40 zones and unusual round a bouts (there are a few). I was also allowed to sit in the back seat to learn the areas so I could take Harry on drives in the same areas as I wasn’t familiar with the testing area either. Hand on heart, Laura is the best instructor. Clear, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, what more can I say. You will not go wrong choosing Get Geared Up Driving School. Harry passed very comprehensively on the last day of our break, a wonderful finish to our Holiday. Thanks again Laura, we are so glad we met you!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her licence today! What an amazing team! This duo was so easy to deal with, making lesson bookings a breeze, with easy payment available too. Calvin was thorough, explaining rules and taking time to practice skills, so patient. My daughter enjoyed the lessons and was confident when it was time to take the test! The car was even available for hire, as we didn't have a manual car available for the test. I will definitely be using this amazing team again for my son.

Fantastic experience: I had Laura from the very first time i ever drove, up until getting my P's and she was amazing. So so so friendly and encouraging! She has taught me everything and prepared me so well for my test, we covered every road i went on on my test, and all the manouvers. She prepared me so well and made me feel so confident. Fantastic experience: After trying a number of driving schools in the Tewantin area, Get Geared Up Driving School was by far the best!! Once contacted, they were quick to get back to me and offer a variety of lesson availabilities and durations. I chose 1.5 and 2 hour lessons as that gave me a solid amount of time to soak up and practise what I was taught. I found Calvin to be professional, give clear and managable instructions, and was very encouraging. He gave me his full attention, didn't waste any time, and within a few lessons transitioned me from an unconfident manual driver to one who now enjoys it! His car was very pleasant to drive as well with a smooth clutch that wasn't too sensitive and a gear stick that was easy to control. I felt properly prepared going into my driving test, and would highly recommend Get Geared Up Driving School!! They were by far my favourite driving school!
