Negative experience: Terrible, I booked 5 lessons with Anna and made payment. On the day of the lesson I was doing online banking and notice I was refunded the payment and there was no email or call to tell me if they cancelled my bookings.
We apologize for the inconvenience. When we issue a refund, an email is sent immediately via Stripe. Please check your spam folder, as it might have gone there.
Negative experience: So angry right now, had a lesson and test booked for this morning and no one turned up. Still haven’t been able to talk to anyone despite multiple calls and voice messages left. I will be getting refunded the full amount. Please answer your phone or call me back ASAP

Fantastic experience: I booked for a class with Faisal and I got what i needed to pass my driving test on my first try at VicRoads Broadmeadows. He’s a professional and gives you great tips to pass your test and points out patiently stuff you need to brush up for your driving test based on the way you drove. Negative experience: Called them for teaching only reverse and parking, when he arrived he took for a normal drive and showed test route which I could show my wife in our own car. Wasted money.

Negative experience: SORTED: this has been sorted now with a full refund. Very disappointed! Booked and paid for a lesson for my son. Received a confirmation email with the time and contact details but instructor did not show up and no contact has been made. I’ve left voice messages and emails and had no response. Lucky I didn’t book the 10x lessons and loose $600!!!

So first thing I did, was to do a search on Google & YouTube and that's how I came across English Driving School channel. The channel has all detailed instruction videos on the real test routes in Essendon, which left me quite impressed given the fact VicRoads Essendon is one of the most difficult test routes in Victoria. Right after watching the videos I booked my training session with Faisal. Faisal is the most patient instructor you can ask for, all credits go to him for helping me to pass the drive test since I live in the city and don't drive much.
