Fantastic experience: Great driving school I have ever been too. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. Nice and clean test rooms and so as the trucks. Anthony helped me to get onboard onto this giant truck and he was thorough professional and gave great tips to be good driver. Must recommended. Fees is also cheaper than all of the other driving schools. Great place.

Upon completion of my training I felt comfortable and confident driving a truck, having never driven one before. He is an effective communicator and a great teacher. I would highly recommend Australia wide forklift training centre. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Once again Thanks Jacob and whole team.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling and rude behaviour from the staff at AWFTC. My daughter attended in order to obtain her forklift licence (which had been booked 3 weeks prior) by her employer only to be told to leave the premises as she could not be assessed...the reason given was that apparently there was a conflict of interest between myself and the manager Michael Drake (the person who turned her away on the day)and I was apparently taking him to court for harassment many years ago when I had an office in the building at AWFTC - this was a pure fabricated lie and absolute rubbish. Neither my daughter nor her employer were notified of any issue prior to the day (as they should have been) and therefore my daughter took the day off work, attended and was embarrassed and disappointed to be turned away for no reason or fault of her own. My daughter should not have been put in this abhorrent situation and belittled, discriminated against and embarrassed for no reason in front of all the reception staff that morning! If there had been any reason for her not be assessed, then management would have been obliged to notify her employer and therefore not waste her time and days off attending AWFTC. This created a stressful situation for my young daughter and could have been avoided had AWFTC not manufactured an excuse and lie as they have done on previous occasions. What a shameful way to treat a young lady and what type of message does this send to young ones trying to advance their skills? In the meantime, my daughter was able to rebook with a different very skilled and friendly training centre and successfully obtain her licence the very next week without any issues whatsoever. Shame on you and your management AWFTC for allowing this unprofessional and disgusting behaviour to occur.

Fantastic experience: Come across Australia Wide Forklift Training Centre when I was working in the area and their trucks were passing by my office windows multiple times a day with students getting their truck licences on their test circuit. Finally decided to pull the trigger earlier this year on a career change and remembering their trucks going by my office, they were my first port of call to get a couple of certifications required in search for greener pastures. Over the past few days I've sat the scissor lift course and the elevated work platform course. What a fantastic venue, customer service is on point and there's a positive vibe evident when you walk into the building. The staff are happy to be there and it's evident with the happy vibes. The trainers are very experienced and patient, welcoming to people like myself who have never operated this type of equipment before - shout out to Mick who taught our class, I really enjoyed his classes and he has a fantastic way of teaching. I really enjoyed my time here over the past few days. I'll be back for forklift next in the near future and then heavy rigid next year (when my 'friends' over at VicRoads give me my drivers licence back - oops!). Keep up the great work guys, fantastic experience from booking through to course delivery and completion - there's a lot of registered training organisations who could learn a thing or two from Australia Wide Forklift Training Centre.
