Update- Follow up review after 6 lessons- Andrew is an absolutely fantastic driving instructor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! From the very first lesson, he created a positive and encouraging environment that made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I honestly would not have got my ps without Andrew, he reckons I would have but his wrong aha. Fantastic experience: Andrew helped us out at the very last minute when we desperately needed a functioning car for an upcoming driving test. He was also able to provide a 90 minute lesson a few days prior to the test and another lesson before the test on the day so my son could familiarise himself with Andrew's car. I really wish we had come across AllPass Driving Academy when my son first started driving as Andrew really gave him some great pointers and confidence in these last few days. I think if we had used Andrew at the very beginning of when my son was learning to drive, he would have got a really good understanding of the fundamental principles of driving and would have progressed much more quickly than just "driving with mum". Andrew is knowledgeable about how the driving test process works and gives great pointers and feedback. I am feeling very positive about teaching child no. 2 to drive now because we will be going straight to Andrew to start off with lessons and get her on the right path and then booking him a few weeks prior to the test again to run through all the important details and make sure she's on the right track. We really can't thank Andrew enough for coming through for us at the very last minute and helping my son ace his driving test. I think the calm approach Andrew has is very effective and he really boosted my son's confidence. We'll be in touch next year for Child No. 2, thanks again for such a positive experience!

I have hardly met such a good person and instructor and helped a lot to become a more confident driver until I managed to pass my exam. Rather than overwhelm the student with a barrage of information, Andrew builds skills incrementally, so that the learner can also build confidence by always feeling in control. I previously had other instructors who decreased my confidence, making the process of learning to drive even more difficult. I’m so grateful that I found Andrew because he built my confidence and skills up until I passed my test. I also love how easy the booking system is.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with this business. You pay the $85 and then when you follow them up they say they can’t do the lesson.

Negative experience: EDIT: Response to Andrew's Reply....Thank you Andrew for your reply. Coming to an agreement would indicate you further discussed this with us. This is the first contact you have made since pointing out the 24 hour cancellation policy and refusing any rescheduling. I have emailed you twice since with no response over a period of a week before giving up and booking with another provider. I am sure your other clients would appreciate knowing that if they contract Covid prior to their lesson they are better off financially keeping their appointment with you. Perharps your policy requires a rethink? Our son's new instructor has a covid policy in place. May I suggest having a look at the governments COVID guidelines for businesses. My 16 year old son had to postpone a lesson the day before it was booked due to contracting Covid. Andrew and AllPass have kept the $150 fee and refused to credit the lesson. They have since ghosted on all communications.

Fantastic experience: As a parent taking your son through the driving experience can be daunting in the realization that he is now an adult, and somewhat stressful. Andrew has certainly made this so stress free with his easy manner and patience. Thomas was very comfortable with him, looking forward to his lessons and every aspect was covered very well. He did get his licence at the first attempt, and I cannot thank Andrew enough. I am truely grateful for Andrew's effort and would highly recommend him to all those parents out there.
