Fantastic experience: Lukus has been an amazing instructor since Day 1. I’ve tried other driving schools but never had the courage to book again as I do get anxious. I am an adult learner and never really had prior experience. However with Lukus, my first lesson made me like to learn and really get my Ps. His pace of teaching allows you to feel more confident behind the wheel. Not only he teaches you the technicalities of driving but also how to stay calm and be a diligent driver. Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Lucas. For context, I let my unrestricted licence lapse after 20 years, as I simply didn't need a car whilst living in a CBD for years. Unbeknownst to me I had to jump through hoops!! I spent an hour with someone who was calm, comprehensive, thorough. I don't think I would have passed in PMQ (unfamiliar to me) without a lesson with him. Despite driving for eons: there are some trickster areas, plus roadworks, school zones, very questionable T intersection, very ambiguous 'two lanes' and a sneaky 'merge' all requiring indicators and the head check/chin to shoulder. A few things occurred in my test that he warned me could happen. I was careful, calm, quietly confident. I did my test in a small auto car with excellent 360 deg vision (which he kindly did my practice in), but I'm transitioning to a manual, bulky, tall, campervan that drives like a drunk boat on wheels- I'm considering asking Lucas to check my skills and safety in that. Strongly recommend Drive Right Driver Training. Huge appreciation from me.

Fantastic experience: I never got the “driving=freedom” thing when all my friends did growing up. I lived in the city and a car was an expense I didn’t need so I never got my licence and was happy with that. Fast forward 2 decades and I was expecting a baby and living regionally, so the circumstances called for me to finally get my licence. I was apprehensive, nervous and plain old scared. I had tried two other instructors before I found Lukus which didn’t work for me because they were treating me like a teenager and I was starting to lose hope. My first lesson with Lukus was very different to the others; he spoke professionally but also with a casual ease, his corrections and comments felt constructive and I immediately noticed improvement in my driving and my confidence level. After a course of lessons I took my test and failed - Lukus was very supportive and helped me “get back on the horse” with some more lessons. Then it happened - I took the test and passed with an almost perfect score! Thanks Lukus, you changed my perspective on driving and gave me the confidence I needed to get my licence and be a safe and competent driver. If you’re a mature aged learner and looking for an instructor who understands how you might be feeling and will listen and work through the obstacles with you, then give Lukus a call.
