His previous experience as a Driving Tester enabled him to really prepare me for what to expect in the test, and I was able to hire his car for it which was helpful, and gave me the opportunity for one last feedback session before I go off on my own. Honestly 10/10

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mali as a driving instructor for both beginners as well as drivers needing refresher classes. She has an excellent understanding of the roads and provides clear instructions to follow the route and learn the road rules. She provides useful knowledge of the roads and feedback to keep improving throughout the lessons. Mali is a kind and patient person and is happy to accommodate taking different routes to get a lot of practice on the roads. It was a great experience taking these professional driving classes and I felt increasingly confident after each class.

Driving had been a lifelong fear of mine and now in my late 20’s I was still so nervous of how to conquer this - let alone actually ever get my licence. I found the Skillz2Drive Brunswick website and after reading the glowing reviews about Mali, I decided to book some lessons and give it a go. Mali truly is an ICON! Calm, patient and reassuring - while also motivating you to build your confidence with each drive. I drove a little bit with some friends and my Fiancé as well, but the lessons with Mali gave me to critical knowledge I needed to feel comfortable behind the wheel. Regardless of your driving ability, professional lessons can take your driving to a whole new level and dramatically improve your driving in preparation for the test. Yesterday I passed my test on the FIRST GO! Thank you so much Mali and Skillz2Drive team - I will never forget the freedom you’ve given me.

Negative experience: I paid for lessons that were not delivered and they refused to process a refund when their own driver was late. Would never recommend this company, very unprofessional

She has been a big help with getting to know the road rules down to the slightest mistakes to ensure my success for the test. Fantastic experience: Don’t have enough words to describe my feeling and pay gratitude to my amazing instructor Mali. She is an absolute gem of an individual, very professional, patient and ensures you fine tune your areas of weaknesses. I have been lucky to have Mali as my instructor as her tips and tricks helped me understand different aspects of safe driving in different conditions which transformed me into a confident driver on road. Fantastic experience: Mali is the best driving instructor, and I’m grateful to have learned from her. At 51, I was a very nervous learner, but Mali was super-patient, supportive and calm. She taught me next-level driving skills, both in driving the car as well as safely navigating busy traffic, and even highway driving at 100km/h! Mali’s lessons were always relaxed, her instructions clear, and she honed in on areas for improvement and my weak points to focus on. Very quickly, she built-up my confidence and turned me into a safe and responsible driver and made driving comfortable and fun. All thanks to you, Mali, now I have this critical life-skill! I am so grateful to have her as my instructor and teaching exceptional road education, but for also giving me the confidence to drive and take my test when I doubted myself. I had taken many lessons in the past but I never felt fully confident in my ability to drive on the road. When I started my driving lessons with Mali, she immediately made me feel relaxed with her friendly personality and regular conversation. She was also incredibly considerate of my study schedule and found the best solutions for me to take my lessons without any interference with such convenience. Even if you don’t believe in yourself, she will believe in you. I had so much self doubt, I never thought I could ever book my driving test and pass it in the first time. Mali's tips and tricks gave me lots of confidence too! Now I can say that I am able to drive safely alone with a solid foundation of driving habits.

A very calming presence in the car and he makes sure that you are comfortable and safe throughout. Great communication and willingness to shuffle around appointments to accommodate the final driving test. Mali stepped in at the last minute to assist, she is a confident and friendly instructor. Very experienced and was impressed by her knowledge of VicRoads and the staff, which is a great help as well. Passed without any issues.

Fantastic experience: Mali is a fantastic driving teacher. She gets to know her students and is very positive and encouraging while still being honest about how to improve. As someone learning to drive at age 37 I was quite nervous and Mali was kind and helped me prepare and relax for the test. She was supportive leading up to the test and on the test day. I would very highly recommend Mali to anyone who is learning to drive in Melbourne. She is excellent!

Lessons with George, Jad and Mali and they all have been really supportive efficient and gentle in their teachings. Driving mainly with Jad on a manual car, I could not thank him enough for teaching me how to relax in the busy streets and handle the car with ease. Driving an automatic car with Gorge and Mali, they has been fantastic at teaching me how to feel confident in my driving and had the patience and soft skills to transfer their experience to me. This school is definitely worth 5 stars, you can trust they will make a good driver out of you learners and refreshers. Negative experience: Terrible communication, I was calling for over a week everyday (multiple times) before someone answered the phone so that I could book an already purchased lesson. My calls were not returned until I asked to get a refund due to poor communication. I changed from manual to auto lessons and Jad refused to give me credit of the price difference, despite the 3 week in advance notice. He stated that I purchased a "package" which I did not, and when I tried to resolve the matter he stopped answering emails and phone calls. Very rude staff and poor service. The contractor driving instructor that this company hired is very nice though, so that's the only redeeming aspect of this business.

Fantastic experience: Mals is one of the best instructor that you can get in Carlton. She is knowledgeable, patient and takes real effort to teach with reasonable pricing. Mals helped me learn the right way to drive in the best possible way covering different scenarios and routes. She informed me about where I was doing things right and guided where I needed to focus more. She always made me feel confident and encouraged to trust my judgement. Her way of teaching is very simple and pragmatic. I can say with confidence that if you listen to what she says and apply them, then you will never fail.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, the services didn't work for me as someone trying to gain confidence back in their driving. Although the team very kindly extended the expiration date of my classes, I couldn't change my instructor when I requested which apparently is not allowed but also not specified in the FAQs either.

Fantastic experience: A Huge Thanks to Jad, who helped me get from Auto to a Manual License, I managed to learn manual so quick and on top of that learnt some rules that I would not know of otherwise, and of course touch up on some road rules (bad habit driving). Negative experience: Would not honor 6 lessons i had paid for as the instructor no longer works there. He was rude and arrogant and yelled at me when I told him it's not my problem the instructor left. Said i was rude to him!! Excuse not to resolve the issue. Takes my money and yells at me. Stay away. Juvi left and i have a sms from her . You are turning things around. Nothing but a liar. You were not trying to help you yelled. That was your excuse to not help any further. Untrustworthy
