Fantastic experience: I took driving lessons with Mr. Shahzad and I have nothing but praise for him. I was very rusty as I didn't drive much overseas . He was quick to point out the exact areas that I need to improve on and broke it down very well over the course of my lessons. Fantastic experience: Before I write straight forward my best reviews for Mr. Shehzad from whom learned not only driving but patience as well. I want to share my story with you. I have been driving in overseas since last 14 years and since I moved to Australia, was driving with my overseas license. I never took any training before and opted another driving school for training. I took 4 session and that trainer simply asked me to go to attempt actual drive test even I was not confident enough. End of the day what happened, I failed in my first attempt. Luckily I got reference of Shahzad Sir from one of his clients at grocery shop and it was just coincidence. I instantly called him and shared my story and then he asked me to meet him for the driving sessions. Very first day when I met him, I got vibes and that if I have to clear drive test in Australia, that is going to happen with only his training because the way he engaged with me and gave each and every details of driving , I started building up my confidence. Later I took 2 sessions and booked exam but since I was not confident, I asked him postpone my exam and took lessons further to get more confidence. Finally I cleared my driving test on very first attempt after getting trained by Shahzad Sir. He is not instructing you to only clear test but actually if you learn driving from him, you will build more confidence and road sense here in Australia. The best thing here is I don’t drive regularly, even though his training really built my confidence. I highly recommend his sessions and even if you have cleared test, you must go with his session to get more clarity on driving skills here in Australia specially if you have been driving since long in other countries. Fantastic experience: This is coming a bit late but I needed to take my time because I believe Shahzad strongly deserve more than just a generic review of “Yay!! He’s very good! He helped me to pass at first attempt!” Shahzad is simply a Legend, and this is coming from someone who had tried and had had multiple experiences from different driving schools and instructors before starting with him. I had been a victim of different types of bad instructors and driving schools, and believe me when I say this, there are really bad instructors and driving schools out there. From the cruel ones who would keep on prolonging the classes so they can make you feel inferior, to the extortionist ones who don’t want you to pass so they can keep on collecting your money to pay off their mortgages, to the antiquated ones who don’t embrace new vehicle technologies (like back cameras) and can even shout at you for using it, to the aggressive ones who would shout at you for making simple or innocent mistakes as a learner e.t.c. I believe I have had enough experience with instructors and schools I ought to be writing a book on them. I had gotten fed up with the whole process of getting a drivers license and was going home after passing my HPT test when a VicRoads staff linked me with Shahzad. As someone equipped bad previous experience I was actually expecting the same from him but I was proved completely wrong. He is, and I am saying this with all honesty, the most patient, accommodating, intelligent and experienced driving instructor I have ever met. Trust me this is even a massive understatement. You know when you start a class, and after a few days you keep on paying for extra classes even though you know you might be good enough for the actual driving test but you just want to learn more and more from your instructor? Yes, that’s the kind of instructor he is. Let me give you an impressive example. During one of my experience with a previous aggressive instructor, I was having a really bad day but due to his aggressive nature I didn’t want to cancel his class. Shortly after we started I was just driving rubbish, passing one-ways, forgetting stop signs etc. Rather than asking me why I was doing all sorts of wrong things I don’t normally do, the way he shouted at me reminded me of my dad when I was young; it was as bad as that. A very similar thing happened to me when I was with Shahzad, I came late to his class because of a train delay, therefore I was so much in a hurry, subsequently anxious and nervous. When we started our driving class he noticed I was driving rubbish and he accurately inferred immediately that it’s because I was nervous and thinking about the lateness, so he focused on that. He made me realise that coming late can not be undone and he’s not even thinking about it. Then he told me the best thing is to focus on what is at hand because if I kept on thinking about the lateness I’ll be committing more errors. He went on further to say that a car is a dangerous machine, which I’ll one day be driving with all my family inside with me. This statement wasn’t just valuable during the class, thereby making my driving to improve significantly afterwards immediately but also in real life after passing the test. The lessons you’ll learn from Shahzad is not just for passing the test but also extremely invaluable in real life. I can give you the guarantee that long after you’ve passed the driving test, which I’m very sure you will after first attempt, you will keep on seeing the use of his numerous advice in real life.

Fantastic experience: I was taught by Shahzad for 5.5 hours in a week's time and was able to clear the drive test in one go. I really appreciate the detailed manner in which I got to learn the to do's of driving on Australian roads in a safe manner. Within this short time he helped me prepare not just for the test but for real life scenarios which I would face after my test is done.
