Negative experience: tried to book an appointment and just kept on sending me deposit information instead of actually having a proper conversation….?

Negative experience: Drove in the middle of the road over the line causing me to swerve (around 12.30pm 03/09/24 at Darebin Drive) - it was not a student driving so could've been on phone which is poor practice for a driving instructor.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with RAJA DRIVING SCHOOL I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with RAJA DRIVING SCHOOL. As a former customer, I had a truly terrible experience with their management, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this driving school. Recently, the trainer (GOPAL) of the school made a critical mistake that resulted in the cancellation of my license. It was shocking to learn that GOPAL confused the speed limit in a specific area, leading to the cancellation of my license. This demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and incompetence on the part of the driving school's management. Furthermore, when I requested a refund of the money I had paid for the driving lessons, the manager(RAJA) failed to address the issue and neglected to pay me back. This lack of accountability and responsibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall integrity of the driving school. As a driving school manager, one would expect a high level of knowledge and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience with RAJA DRIVING SCHOOL left me with the opposite impression. Their negligence not only resulted in the loss of my license but also caused me unnecessary stress and financial burden. I urge anyone considering enrolling in a driving school to think twice before choosing RAJA DRIVING SCHOOL. It is evident that they lack the necessary expertise, professionalism, and customer service skills required to deliver a satisfactory learning experience. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others and prompts RAJA DRIVING SCHOOL to take responsibility for their mistakes and improve their management practices.

Negative experience: Edits: just saw your reply Raja, you know very well who I am, my test was on 8th January at 1.55pm, you exactly know who I am. Stop deleting your negative reviews. Your driving school is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I won't be calling you and will warn others about you. Surprised that you have zero negative reviews, which is not possible with the service I received, I am sure plenty others suffered at your hands. With the way you treat your customers, you should be a 1 star business. Save your money and time, go with another driving school. When I called Raja in December 2020, I told him I needed 4-5 classes total before my test in January 2021. I have no car and made it clear to him that I needed multiple lessons and practice. He said that's no problem and gave me the first class. The first class was okay, not really that great as most of the reviews say here. He gave me a few tips and asked me to practice. I asked him for classes during next few days and he was never available. Worst thing is he was never transparent about his unavailability, he kept saying I will confirm tomorrow's class slot in the evening and in the evening, he will simply drop a message saying no slots tomorrow. This really bugged me, why claim to have time when you have no time. If you are so busy, why take on new clients. I almost had to delay my test date due to this unprofessional behavior of Raja. In the end, he refused to give me any class after that first class and told me he can meet me only 1-2 hour before my test. I had to go with another driving school, Vikas Driving School, who were highly professional and very good. I do NOT recommend Raja, don't know how this unprofessional, poor in communication, poor quality service and poor value for money driving school has such great reviews. Must be the bots at work.
