I wanted to transfer my international license and they provided effective training and accurate information. I had two instructors Jenna and Neha, both were patient, gave accurate instructions and provided support to get my driving license. Negative experience: My daughter had 4 lessons then no one returned our messages to rebook. I have since found out my daughter was taught incorrectly how to do certain things and her book was not filled out correctly so now the hours can not be counted. Very disappointed with the service especially not answering text messages. Unproffessional!

Fantastic experience: Neha was everything I needed in a driving instructor. She was patient, calm and let me focus without trying to distract me with too much talking. When I made a mistake she never showed annoyance, only gave gentle guidance and let me figure out how to resolve it. She also gave instructions in a clear way that really made sense to me. I would highly recommend Neha, especially if you are nervous with male driving instructors and would like the guidance of a female like I did.

Negative experience: Had a driving lesson today with Singh and he was quite snappy and frustrated at all times always questioning my driving as if all the driving instructors I've had before were all wrong and he was the only correct one. I'm already a nervy driver to begin with and this was not a good experience for me especially for my first time city driving (I'm more country side/big town driver) would not recommend if you're a nervy driver and definitely will not be booking with them again. I also paid for a full hour lesson and only got 30 minutes, which was fine by me as I didn't feel comfortable with my instructor

Negative experience: Terrible driving service. Summit was not very patient and quite snappy. It's also very clear that his wife runs the bookings, and when I answered the phone I could hear the tv blasting in the background with kids running around screaming. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful car hire service for duel control vehicles. Very reasonably priced and immediate availability when I needed to hire a duel control car when mine was off the road. Will certainly be using this service again and I highly recommend the service.

Negative experience: Most horrible experience. Not just with the drivers but the people managing this company as well. I took some driving lessons with instructor by name Gurinder kaur and in the last class we did she started shouting on me and cancelled the class because instead of going straight I took the right turn (the route that was already decided in the previous class), she continued to shout on me while I was in driving seat on a very busy road despite repeatedly telling her not to do so and subjected us to a dangerous situation on the road. A perfect example of road rage by a driving instructor . This happened on a Saturday and she said she will refund my remaining 3 classes money to me which to no surprise she did not and when I contacted her after 3 days she ignored my text. I finally had to contact the people managing this place (Neha) on 4th day and I told them 186 $need to be refunded to me. And nothing was done about it until 6th day when I rang her again on 6th day 180$ were refunded to me after 6 days of the class being cancelled and after multiple sms and calls. They said by mistake she transferred 180$ and we will refund $6 as well which was never done despite again multiple messages and calls which were ignored with no response. This attitude really calls into question the credibility of people running this place and atleast some if not all working here.

Fantastic experience: This academy is one of the best, they book your test within the next two weeks which is amazing when you really urgently need a licence. The driving instructors are really helpful, especially Simran and Samson. Simran's teaching style will assure you a great driving practise for the rest of your life.
