Not only did he show attentiveness and professionalism at our lessons, he provided a calm environment that helped build my driving confidence. Before my P1 test, Joseph had taken me along the test routes and pointed out common mistakes drivers make along the routes; this was an extremely positive experience as that helped with the navigation and nerves during the actual P1 test. Negative experience: This is a review of their customer service. Poor communication and rude phone etiquette. Unprofessional behavior. Even worse, they found it hard to understand English, so how come I'm gonna practice for such an important thing like driving with them! I'm defo opting for another driving school.

Negative experience: The owner of this school who taught me a few lessons. When we were learning to drive, he kept looking at his phone for about 20 minutes or sleeping in the car. Sometimes I didn’t quite understand and asked him. He was very unhappy. He was very impatient and cursed me loudly, he didn’t give me full two hours and told me to leave early in 15 minutes. He was very unprofessional. I hope everyone will not find this owner to teach you. Because he is very awful instructor

Negative experience: I sat a class in Kogarah area and my driving instructor not only gave false information around indicating and speed (which luckily I had picked up from other qualified instructors from different companies) but was also incredibly rude and was not able to communicate effectively. Fantastic experience: After booking a 3hour practice & driving test session, I managed to pass my diving test on the first attempt. As someone who had been driving overseas for over 10years, getting some hands-on practice on local roads following local guidelines was definitely very helpful. Joe is a wonderful instructor who was patient and timely. I did manage to get a lot of practice time on roads near the testing centre so that when test day came, I was familiar with the conditions and knew what to expect and how to deal with them. Even as an experienced driver, there’s always room for improvement and new things to be learnt. The driving lessons were well worth it. Joe helped answer all the questions I had on what to look out for and he spotted my bad habits right away. I would definitely recommend HK driving school to my friends and family.
